Tapping For An Insect Bite

I had an insect bite yesterday, which did not respond to my usual insect bite spray, so I decided to tap for the bite which was getting bigger and inflamed. I forgot about it and in the evening, checked my arm and I could not find a mark anywhere. Bites usually leave a mark for a couple of days with me.

Tapping For Missing Items

I am always amazed at the benefits that EFT can bring in everyday life. I had filed some important documentation “somewhere safe”, so safe in fact that I couldn’t find it. I tapped as if I was the Document, stating that Melva couldn’t find me, (I had become frantic), and after calming down with tapping, while under the shower, I thought of a place where it might be. I couldn’t get out of the shower fast enough to check, and there it was, much to my relief, in a very unlikely place.
